FAQ

How do I order?
Just give me a call or send me an e-mail to get started! If you are local, I will be happy to meet with you in person to discuss your project and to show you samples of my products and work.

How much do you charge?
The cost of a custom embroidered item depends on several factors, including the complexity of the design, stitch count, quantity ordered and the type of product to be embroidered. In order to give you an accurate quote, I will need to know what type of product you would like embroidered, the quantity, color(s), the final size you would like your logo or design, and the logo placement. I will also need a quality image (a high-quality JPEG works well) of your logo or design.

How long will my order take to be completed?
Most orders are completed within one week. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the art of converting a logo or design into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can understand.

What type of artwork is required to have my logo or design digitized?
A high resolution JPEG (at least 300 dpi) works well. I can also scan a good quality image if it is similar in size to the final stitched logo or design.

Can my logo be digitized?
Most logos can be digitized, but some adjustments may need to be made in order to make sure the design sews out clearly. Small letters (less than ¼ inch) may need to be enlarged or a line of text may need to be split in two.

How large can my logo be?
The typical size of a left or right chest logo is 2.5 inches in height by 3.5 inches in width. The maximum width of a left or right chest logo is usually 4 inches.

Can I bring in my own items to be embroidered?
Yes, you may bring in your own items. We also offer a wide variety of products to choose from.
